    TERMS – This auction is a “FORECLOSURE” auction and is subject to all North Carolina General Foreclosure Statutes. The property is being sold subject to all matters of tax, title, and survey. A 5% deposit or $750.00 deposit, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, is required at time of sale. The sale is subject to all North Carolina Foreclosure General Statutes including a “(10) DAY UPSET BID PERIOD”, meaning that the last and final bid at the auction is recorded with the Clerk of Court for the county that the property is located in and held open. Anyone can contact the Clerk’s office and raise the bid during the raise period. All raises made after the close of the auction must be of at least 5% of previous recorded bid and must be made through the Clerk’s office.     Our annual December equipment auction held at our CBA Sale Yard #2 location on Hwy 264 between Washington, NC and Greenville, NC has been scheduled for Friday, December 3, 2021 starting at 10:00am. This auction will feature heavy construction equipment, farm equipment, tractors, commercial trucks & trailers, and other large items. This auction will be held live on location with online bidding available.

    THIS LARGE AUCTION WILL BE MOSTLY BANKRUPTCY AND BANK OWNED PIECES. WE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING A SELECT NUMBER OF PRE-APPROVED CONSIGNMENT ITEMS FOR THIS AUCTION ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

    TERMS - Everything is being sold "as is, where is". Payment in full day of sale by cash, personal or company check, or approved wire transfer. Credit and Debit cards accepted with a convenience fee. All items must be paid for before you leave the auction facility on sale day even if you are planning to return with a truck and/ortrailer the same day for loading. Public and Dealers welcome. There is no Buyer's Premium or Buyer's Fees for on site bidders. Online Bidder's will be charged online bidding fees. Sales tax will be charge on all items other than titled vehciles unless you are e-595-E or Resale Certificate exempt and you have proper documentation with you or already on file with our office.

    LOADING - "Load out" will be on Friday, December 3, 2021 until 4:00pm, Monday, December 6, 2021 from 8:00am - 4:00pm, and by a scheduled appointment with Mike Gurkins any time after December 6, 2021. Our crews will assist with forklift loading of items designed to be lifted by forklift and with a weight of less than 6,000lbs on the December 3rd and December 6th dates. Any loading of larger items will be the responsibility of the Buyer. All shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.
