    This auction is a United States Federal Bankruptcy auction of a 75+/- acre property that includes a very nice large brick home on the South River, multiple barns, a river cabin, and more just south of Roseboro, NC in Sampson County.     This large 75+ acre farm has approximately 23 acres of cleared pasture/farmland with the balance being wooded. The property has nearly 1 mile of frontage on the South River and both the house and the remote cabin are waterfront. The property also has approximately 1,000' of road frontage on the west side of Elizabethtown Hwy.
