    From Bladenboro, take Hwy 242 south approximately 6 miles and turn left on Clyde Evans Road. The property is approximately 1 mile on the right across from a new house located at 520 Clyde Evans Road.

    This real estate auction will be held outside in a large open area where the proper social distancing can easily and comfortably be accommodated. We also only expect a very limited number of attendees at the auction. We would ask that whenever possible that only one representative from each bidding party attend the auction in person as this would also help keep our attendance numbers reduced.

    Additionally, as a part of our continuing and evolving efforts for the comfort and safety of our customers, employees, and the community we will be offering “Absentee Bidding” for those who do not feel comfortable attending the auction in person. “Absentee Bids” must be made by 4:00pm on the day prior to auction day. If you must place your “absentee bid” directly with one of our auctioneers via phone AND with a completed and signed copy of our “absentee bidding form”.

    To further reduce the number of attendees at this auction, our on-location auction staff will be reduced to only a couple of Country Boys Auction representatives. Because of this, we cannot accommodate live phone bidding for this auction.     TERMS – This sale is being sold with notice to the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. The property is being sold “FREE & CLEAR” of all liens, or with liens satisfied at closing. The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The property is being sold with taxes prorated as of day of closing, meaning the current year taxes will be split between the Buyer and the Seller based on the closing date; all prior years taxes will be paid by the Seller. A 10% deposit is required by the last and highest bidder at the time of the auction. The remaining 90% will be due at closing.
