    This auction is of (2) separate parcels of land located on Weadon Rd. in Blanch, NC just south of Danville, VA near the North Carolina state line. Both of these tracts of land are undeveloped and in a very rural area. Ideal for hunting or a nice peaceful homestead. The properties are approximately 1/2 mile apart, but both on the same road.

    The first property is a 71.95+/- acre property that is located just beyond the end of Weadon Rd. The property is accessed by a dirt path extending from the end of Weadon Rd. The property is mostly wooded with approximately 15 acres in open pasture land. There is an old pack house and other structures on the property.

    The second property is a 46.71+/- acre property that is located just off of Blanch Road and fronting on Weadon Rd. The majority of the property is on the south side of Weadon Rd. but there is a small portion of the property on the north side of the road.     TERMS – This sale is being sold with notice to the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. The property is being sold “FREE & CLEAR” of all liens, or with liens satisfied at closing. The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The property is being sold with taxes prorated as of day of closing, meaning the current year taxes will be split between the Buyer and the Seller based on the closing date; all prior years taxes will be paid by the Seller. A 10% deposit is required by the last and highest bidder at the time of the auction. The remaining 90% will be due at closing. The sale is subject to Court confirmation. This confirmation period usually takes approximately (30) days. Once the sale has been confirmed, you will be notified and your closing period will begin on that day.
