    TERMS – This auction is a “FORECLOSURE” auction and is subject to all North Carolina General Foreclosure Statutes. The property is being sold subject to all matters of tax, title, and survey. A 5% deposit or $750.00 deposit, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, is required at time of sale.
