This auction is a UCC Article 9 sale of PDT Golf, LLC d/b/a as Loggerhead Golf Co., located at 323 C Eastwood Road, Wilmington, NC. This auction is of the Complete Business, (as defined below) including itemized inventory, fixtures, golf simulators, equipment, tools, company name, website, social media, and all other tangible and intangible parts of the company. Everything will be sold as a single item, ideal for continued operation or transitioning it as an acquisition into another company. The current location of PDT Golf, LLC d/b/a as Loggerhead Golf Co. is a rented facility, and no real estate is involved with this sale. PDT Golf, LLC d/b/a as Loggerhead Golf  Co.is a full-service golf store providing retail sales, online sales, custom club building and fitting, golf club repairs, lessons, and more. PDT Golf, LLC d/b/a as Loggerhead Golf Co. opened in 2020 and is a large, well-known, golf center. The business is open and ongoing and will remain in full operation throughout this auction and sales process. 

“Complete Business” means all assets of PDT Golf, LLC, including without limitation, all of the following, whether now owned or hereafter arising, created or acquired, and wherever located: (a) all accounts, (b) all inventory, (c) all equipment, (d) all goods, (e) all general and tangibles, (f) all software and intellectual property, (g) all chattel paper, (h) all instruments, (i) all documents, (j) all investment property and securities, (k) all commercial tort claims, (l) all letter of credit rights, (m) all replacements for, additions to, substitutions for, and accessions to any or all of the foregoing, and (n) all proceeds of any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, proceeds of insurance.

This auction was held live at the facility on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:00am. 

We have recieved an opening bid in the amount of $100,000.00. Bidding will begin at that amount on auction day.

INVENTORY INCLUDES

Existing inventory from PDT Golf(it does not include the new inventory, new fitting clubs, test clubs, accessories, apparel, and new components brought in by the current temporary management group since November, 2025) The existing inventory that is being included includes club heads, shafts, & grips, golf bags and accessories,  clothing and apparel, etc., most of which has been moved to the back of the store. EVERYTHING WILL BE SOLD FOR A SINGLE BID AMOUNT AND WILL NOT BE SEPARATED.

Payment in full at close of the auction.

Buyer is responsible for all cost and efforts of removing the items from the facility or making rental arrangements with the real estate owner or manager.
