Melissa Joyner

Offices Manager

Melissa joined the Country Boys Team in September of 2024 as our Offices Manager. Her primary role is managing our daily main office operations. She will also be running our auction day offices, including auction registration and check-in, auction checkout, title work, inventory, and general auction accounting.

Melissa brings many years of business knowledge and experience to our staff. She has prior office and management rolls working in Ag-Business, management/sales/ marketing for an area manufacturing company, general business/accounting, economic development, hospitality, and even as a local community college instructor. Her skill set is great addition to our company.

Melissa is a native and lifelong resident of Hyde County where she resides with her husband Johnny. She is the proud mama of her daughters Katie & Lexi and of the incredible young ladies they have become. In her down time, she enjoys quiet time at the river, trips to the OBX, and family time. She enjoys spending time with her pup Dixie and her sweet kitties, photography, music, and giving her husband Johnny a hard time.
