These (21) separate Tracts of land are composed of (25) parcels located in Hyde County, NC. They include cleared in production farmlands, woodlands, and beautiful hunting land. The majority of the Tracts are located around Scranton, NC with and additional Tract in Englehard and Swan Quarter vicintities. This rural are of Eastern North Carolina is well-known and sought after by sportman for deer, bear, turkey, waterfowl, and more. Hyde County is also known for some great agricultural land with crops including cotton, soybeans, corn, wheat, tobacco, and produce and vegetables.

Due to the large number of Tracts spread out over a large area, the remote location and communication services, and the lack of a better suited single location, the auctions will be held LIVE in person at the offices of Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. located at 1211 W. 5th Street in Washington, NC on Wednesday, January 6, 2027 starting at 10:00am.

The property will be sold by the Tract as indicated below. Each of the (21) Tracts will be auctioned seperately and will not be combined. (17) of these Tract are single parcels of land already identified with individual parcel numbers. (4) Tracts are combinations of parcels that we are combining and selling together mostly to provide access and simplicity to those parcels. This will be (21) separate auctions, starting with "Tract 1" with each subsequent auction begining immediately upon the completion of the prior auction. Auctions like these typically take approximately 5 minutes per tract to sell at auction.

We strongly reccomend downloading or printing this information prior to visiting the area as cellular service is very limited in this remote location. The properties are being sold "free and clear" of liens with marketable title

The properties are being sold subject to all 2027 ad valorem (real estate) taxes

The properties are being sold subject to any 2027 crops with lease (if applicable)

A 10% deposit is required day of sale on each Tract by check, cash, wire transfer, or other PRE-APPROVED forms of payment

Closing should occur with (45) days of the auction.
