    The 161+/- acre parcel, formerly Rockfish Country Club is located approximately 1 mile west of Wallace is located on both sides of HWY 41 (Wallace Hwy). This property includes a 18 hole golf course, 6 tees driving range, large commercial swimming pool, pro shop building, banquet building, (2) maintenance shop buildings, etc. The 18-hole course is listed as a 6,369 yard, par 72 regulation course originally opened in 1958. The course is laid out on both sides of HWY 41 with holes 1-9, the swimming pool, banquet hall, maintenance shed, and clubhouse on the north side of the road and holes 10-18 and the maintenance shop located on the south side of the highway.
