    As the COVID-19 virus and its impacts continue to evolve and develop, Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. will remain focused on providing the same professional commitment to our customers that we have for over 40 years while striving to maintain the safety of our customers, our staff, and our community. We are here to support all of our customers, both buyers and sellers, while continuing to follow all of the latest government and health official guidelines, regulations, and recommendations. We will continue to monitor this situation and adjust our policies and auction scheduling accordingly.

    Our outdoors auctions are configured specifically to allow for proper social distancing with larger spacing between lots and large expansive open aisleways with lots of room. Please try to make a conscience effort to respect the personal space of others to allow for everyone's safety and comfort. We currently offer either online bidding or absentee bidding for these auctions if you prefer not to attend.

    We have made adjustments to our inside auction formats as well. We will be scheduling our auctions more regularly allowing us to have auctions with fewer lots. These lots will have additional spacing with large open aiseeways and open spaces. Occupancy numbers will be calculated, posted, and monitored. In some instances we may split our auctions and have (2) auctions going on at the same time in different rooms or buildings to help minimize crowding and expedite the auction process.

    We continually evaluate our scheduled auctions individually as to the ability to conduct the auction as scheduled or to postpone until a later date. Our decisions are based on the health and well-being of all auction attendees with consideration given to the specific auction environments, the estimated number of auction participants, the ability for auction patrons to use proper distancing and practice good health habits, and our ability to conduct an auction within the most current recommendations, guidelines and regulations.
