    We have 4 auctioneers and 20 experienced employees to assist with making your auction successful. We can conduct your auction at your location or relocate your inventory to one of our locations and combine it with other estates to attract a larger buying audience. At our W. Fifth Street location in Washington, NC, we have a 30,000 square foot warehouse for holding small business and indoor auctions. At our Sale Yard #2 on Hwy 264 in Washington, NC, we have a 3 acre fenced lot that we use for large equipment of all types.

    This auction is of 275+ acres of undeveloped land located on Antioch Road near Bridgeton and on Hwy 17, in Craven County North Carolina. We will also be auctioning a separate 7.6+/- acre property on Hwy 17 that is approximately 1 mile away from the larger property.

       AUCTION 1

    (PARCELS 1-3) - This auction is of (3) contiguous parcels of land consisting of approximately 275 acres and being located on Antioch Road approximately 1/2 mile off of Hwy 17. All three are undeveloped properties consisting of wooded land and "cut-over" wooded land. 

    PARCEL 1 - 266.2+/- acres - Parcel ID 2-038-022 - This parcel is located off of Antioch Rd and has only a small narrow place that has direct road frontage. It is contiguous to "PARCEL 2" and "PARCEL 3" which supply a larger amount of road frontage as well as an additional point of access. This large irregular property is completely undeveloped. Nearly the entire property is wooded with a combination of a small amount of mature trees and mostly mixed volunteer "re-growth". 

    PARCEL 2 - 4.5+/- acres - Parcel ID 2-038-008 - This parcel is located near the north end of "PARCEL 1" and partially connects it with "PARCEL 3". This entire property is wooded. This parcel is located behind a house located at 1405 Antioch Road.

    PARCEL 3 - 5.5+/- acres - Parcel ID 2-038-007 - This parcel is located to the north of 1405 Antioch Road and has approximately 1,000' of frontage on Antioch Road. This property is also wooded. The northern most edge of this property borders a small dirt path that was the access to a small sand pit that is located directly behind this parcel.

    ALL (3) OF THESE PARCELS WILL BE SOLD TOGETHER AS A SINGLE PROPERTY. THE MINIMUM OPENING BID FOR THE ENTIRE 275+/- ACRE PROPERTY IS $125,000.00. THIS AUCTION WILL BE HELD ON SITE AT ANTIOCH ROAD.

    (PARCEL 4) - This auction is of a single 7.6+/- acre property on Hwy 17 near the northern intersection of Antioch Road. It is identified as Craven County Parcel ID 2-038-003 and is located at 3190 N US 17 HWY. This long narrow property starts just north of a residential property located at or near 3020 N US HWY 17 and the railroad for over 2,000'. The property is wooded. 

    THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD AS AN INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY. THIS AUCTION WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING "AUCTION 1" AND WILL BE SOLD AT THE ANTIOCH ROAD SALE SITE.

    TERMSThe property is being sold “FREE & CLEAR” of all liens, or with liens satisfied at closing. The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The property is being sold with taxes prorated as of day of closing, meaning the current year taxes will be split between the Buyer and the Seller based on the closing date; all prior years taxes will be paid by the Seller.
