Auction - 8/5/15 - 275+/- acres undeveloped near Bridgeton, NC
This auction is of 275+ acres of undeveloped land located on Antioch Road near Bridgeton and on Hwy 17, in Craven County North Carolina. We will also be auctioning a separate 7.6+/- acre property on Hwy 17 that is approximately 1 mile away from the larger property.

THIS PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD AS AN INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY. THIS AUCTION WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING "AUCTION 1" AND WILL BE SOLD AT THE ANTIOCH ROAD SALE SITE.
TERMS – The property is being sold “FREE & CLEAR” of all liens, or with liens satisfied at closing. The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”.
