    AUCTION FORMAT - "Pick and Choose"

    The lots will be auctioned individually in a “pick and choose” format meaning that the high bidder of each round of bidding has the right to select which lot or multiple lots (final bid amount multiplied by the number of lots chosen) from the available lot listing. Once chosen, those lots will be removed from the available list and the next round of bidding will begin. This process will continue until all lots have been sold.     TERMS & CONDITIONS

    There is no required minimum opening bid and there will be no upset or bid raise period. A 10% deposit (cash or check) of the bid amount will be required to be paid by the Buyer at the time of auction for each lot. This deposit is part of the selling price and the remaining 90% will be due at closing within (30) days. Each Buyer will be responsible for retaining a closing attorney to represent them in a traditional real estate closing.
