    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    * This auction is being held by Order of or with Notice to the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court.

    * This is an online only auction. There will be no on location bidding available. Auction preview and inspection will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 11:00am - 2:00pm.

    * Everything is being sold "as is, where is". These items are located in the original facility in their original enviroment. This buisiness was closed a few months prior to the auction. Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. has no knowledge of the use, condition, modification, or functionality of any of these items. Any items that were disconnected prior to our arrival, indicated as having problems, or out of service have been noted in their descriptions. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to inspect the items and/or do all research prior to bidding.

    * An onsite inspection/preview of all of these items will be held at 2012 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC on September 10, 2025 from 10am - 2pm. Bidders are stongly encouraged to utilize this opportunity to physically inspect the items.

    * There is a 5% Buyers Premium (with no cap) charged on all items in this auction.

    * A 6.75% NC Sales tax will be charged on all items (except titled vehicles) unless you have a E-595E form on file with our company prior to the auction. Sales tax on titled vehicles will be paid by the Buyer when title is transfered and/or registered with the DMV.

    * Payment is to be via wire transfer upon receipt of your invoice from Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. and must be received in our account no later than Monday, September 22, 2025 at 5pm. Other payment arrangements must be made with Mike Gurkins of Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. prior to bidding. 

    * Buyers of the (3) titled vehciles should contact Mike Gurkins directly immediatley upon the close of those items. Titles must be completed with Buyer information and will not be "left open" or unassigned.

    * Buyers are responsible for their items upon close of the auction. Buyer is responsible for all labor and costs to remove the items from the facility. Buyer is responsible for the disconnection of all equipment including electrical, gas, water, etc. if any and must professionally cap, cover, or seal any open lines left in the building. We will have a single 6,000lb capacity forklift available to assist with loading items within capacity limits. Buyers of the pallet racking should provide all of the labor and equipment needed to dismantle and remove those items as the forklift can not be restricted to this project. The facility has (2) loading docks (dock height) and (2) ramp garage door access for loading in the warehouse area. Office areas can be loaded through the warehouse or through the office walk-through entrances.

    * Buyers of the (2) large generators will need a licensed professionals to disconnect and seal any electrical and fuel supplies from the building.
