    This auction is of 67+/- acres on Hwy 158 East in Macon, NC. The property, located at 2514 US HWY 158 East, consists of (2) contiguous parcels that are being sold together as a single property. The auction will be held live on location at the property on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 10:00am as "AUCTION 1". An auction of a separate property will be conducted immediately following the auction of this property.

    PARCEL 1 - Warren County PIN 2987763126 - "FRONT PARCEL" - 51+/- acres with an old wood frame farm house, old barn, and old shelter. The property has approximately 1,500' of road frontage along Hwy 158. This parcel has approximately 20 acres of cleared farmland, a large pond, and the balance being wooded.

    PARCEL 2 - Warren County PIN 2987753014 - "BACK PARCEL" - 16+/- acres all wooded. This parcel has no direct road frontage but is accessed across the "FRONT PARCEL".

    BOTH PARCELS WILL BE SOLD TOGETHER AS A SINGLE PROPERTY.

    SELLER – This property is being sold by CBA under Order of or with Notice to The United States Federal Bankruptcy Court

    THE PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD “FREE & CLEAR” OF LIENS – This property is being sold by Court order of having no liens.
